  • Complimentary membership in the American Peptide Society. Those wishing not to accept this option are invited to check the opt-out box provided on the registration form.

PAYMENTS:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted. Credit card payments will show on your statement from IUBL-CONF. Registration fees are in US Dollars.

Check payments must be in US Dollars, drawn on a bank that operates within the United States. Checks must be made out to “Indiana University”, and reference “8-19″ and the registrant’s name on the check or stub. Checks should be sent (along with a copy of this confirmation) to:

VISA SUPPORT LETTERS:
In order to receive a letter of confirmation for visa support, please send the following information to iuconfs@indiana.edu:

  1. Confirmation of your fully paid registration
  2. Full, given name as appears on passport
  3. Legal, home address – not a business address
  4. Source of funding
  5. Email of your contact at the Embassy/Consulate, if available

DO NOT SEND ANY ADDITIONAL PASSPORT DETAILS, AS THIS IS NOT SECURE!

Once we have received all of this information, we can issue a PDF signed letter confirming your registration to the conference.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation requests must be received in writing to iuconfs@iu.edu no later than Thursday, June 6, 2019, to be eligible for a refund, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after June 6, but you may substitute another registrant.
